Monster Energy (500ml can)
Taste
Ah, my good friend Monster!
This is one of the first energydrinks I've ever bought because I remember it got so(oooooooooooooooo) much hype it was hard to resist buying it!
And the hype was not for nothing, this energydrink is amazing.
I don't know if it's my favourite but the taste is basically, a super-sweet syrup bomb with so much taste going on that all I'm going to tell you is: Buy it!
Since I'm probably going to use this as a referance a lot in other reviews you should really give it a taste so you will know what I'm talking about.
Design
The design of the Monster cans is very simple but neat, it's enough to draw your attension and also it's name makes everyone who's 12 years of age and younger want to drink it (haha).
But the design all-in-all isn't that über special otherwise.
Kick
The weird thing about Monster is that it REALLY gives you a good kick, I mean you'll be running like a duracellrabbit.
I don't want to hype it, but it's really sweet!
Price
A can of Monster is €2 almost at every place you buy it, and it's really easy to find, but not quite as easy as Red Bull or Burn is.
It's expensive in a way yes, but I think that it's totally worth it.
Unleash the beast!

Dark Dog (500ml can)
Taste
I opened the can and had a smell. I thought no this is just gonna be another Red Bull clone. Well it was similar but it was better then red bull. It didint have that sour after taste and it was much sweeter, after drinking it for about 5 minutes you get kind of bored with it.
Not very original taste but if you want that classic Red Bull taste you should go for this baby much better then the other clones.
Design
Well I like the cap it matches the ''Energy'' text. Nothing special with the can of course the name has an animal like most clones. The logo looks okay a bit strange but it stands out on the shelf with the yellow can
Kick
The kick was alright, it lasted for about 20 minutes or so.
Price
I have heard from friends that you can find it in Haparanda near the Finnish border.
And it says on their website that you can find it all over Europe and USA.
I picked mine up on a kiosk in town for about €2.
I believe that you can order it from their website, but I'm not sure.

Shark Energy: Import (250ml can/bottle)
Taste
Ah, I think I've just found a new favourite with this one!
To start off, this energydrink, does not taste quite like any other energy I've ever had!
It taste's like (assuming that you've drinked Monster and Red Bull) a mix of Monster and Red Bull and... Cough medicine?!
Yes!
This really reminds me of cough medicine, and it really tastes nice!
You might think I'm tripping balls when I say this, but I absolutely love that it's got that taste!
I really recommend this, and when it's in the bottle, it's got a really nice feel to it as well, and the cap is resealable too.
Design
High scores on the design too!
The "Shark" text is as you can see on the picture, shaped as a shark which gives a really nice look to it and makes it pop-out a bit on the shelve!
And the bottle is always quite rare in the energydrink category so that also makes it more attractive!
And the colourscheme (White/Blue/Red) is also nice and fresh.
Kick
Well, the kick... It's not that great to be honest.
It's alright, basically like an ordinary energydrink, but sadly it doesn't score as high in this category as in the others.
But it makes itself noticed if you have 2 cans/bottles, but it's not special in that sense neither.
Price
Well, the price on this is very varieted from shop to shop, but I've found that if you find them in larger supermarkets or shops they usually come quite cheap.
I picked mine up for €1.25 which is $1.60, which is quite cheap.
But I've seen 'em for double the price in smaller shops too...

Bomba Energy: Black (250ml Bottle)
Taste
Well I can't say I like this energydrink, but I don't hate it.
It's got a very odd taste, a bit sour and not so sweet... does not taste like energydrinks, or any other fizzydrink!
It tastes of black currant and has got a very tart taste I would say.
The weird thing was when I first took a sip of it was that my I felt my whole throat go numb, and sorta hurt actually, which I didn't like at all.
But after the first sip that went away and it was fine to drink, but I felt like it was hard to drink after a while because I got really tired of the sour/tart taste after about half of the bottle was finished.
But if you are a fan of what we have here in Sweden, JOKK which is a really nice beverage you could go for this drink I guess, even tho I like JOKK and I don't like this.
I really don't recommend it otherwise.
Design
I personally love the design of the bottle, which looks a lot like a handgranade!
And it's really nice to hold 'cause it fits right in your hand, and it's quite rare that you find energydrinks that are only made in glassbottles.
The label itself isn't that spectecular but it does the job, and I think a lot of people have bought Bomba just because of the cool looking bottle.
I like this!
Kick
Sadly, this energydrink gives a really weak kick, almost no kick at all.
It contains 62mg/bottle which is about twice the content of a normal Coke or Pepsi, which is quite low for an energydrink.
So if you really need a kick, don't go for this drink!
Price
Well, this is quite overpriced in my opinion.
I guess you can blame the high price on the fact that it's quite hard to get a hold on but otherwise, I really don't think it's worth it's price at all.
I picked mine up for about €2, which is about $2.50, and I sort of wish I didn't spend that money on this drink.

Red Rooster Energy (250ml Can)
Taste
This is my first review of many to come, so bare with me!
Today I drank the Red Rooster Energy Drink, which just have come to Sweden and is quite hard to find
in shops.
I've only seen it twice, anyways...
The taste is very nice and very fruity, I'd say it's very close to Red Bull but less sour and just a bit sweeter.
I really like the taste that you get in your mouth just a couple of seconds after you've swallowed it, very fruity and tastes of strawberry and perhaps a little dash of raspberrys too.
It's really is worth the money I would say since I found it a lot better tasting than other energydrinks in the same pricerange.
One con you might say about this energydrink is that it creates a lot of foam (?) in your mouth which feels a bit awkward and weird but doesn't really bother me too much...
Design
The design of the can is very simple and not too innovative, it's not bad, having the price in mind.
I do feel tho that it's a bit too "low budget looking" to be overly impressed.
It definatly isn't anything special about it, and on the new cans there's no trace of the "Red Rooster" as there was on the old cans.
Kick
This energydrink gives a really good boost that lasts about 45 minutes doing... nothing.
But honestly, it really gives a nice boost and since it's caffine level is lower that most* energydrinks (75mg/can) it's really cool.
It might have something to do with the Taurine level being twice as high as an avarage energydrink!
Price
I bought the 250ml can for about €1, which is about $1.50 give or take.
I think that's a fair price considering that a Red Bull is about €1.50 which is about $2.
And I can't complain about the price at all.
Tho prices may vary quite a lot I presume.
